Personal Training

At Active8 Fitness we offer personal training options to our members. We have multiple trainers with the experience and knowledge to help you reach your fitness goals. They offer personalised one-on-one sessions, as well as personalised training programs that you can do in your own time.

*Please note that each trainer has different availabilities and may not be able to work during the times that you wanted. If so we are happy to refer you to one of our other PT’s with more availability.

Tammy White

Tammy is the owner and operator of Active8 Fitness. She has 23 years of experience in strength and conditioning training and even body building comp prep.

Bonnie Norman

Bonnie has been a PT at Active8 Mount Gambier for 12 years. She has a passion for helping people and is ready to take you to the next level of your fitness.

Lauren Thompson

Lauren has been in the fitness game for 6 years. She enjoys being able to help her client’s through their fitness journey, sharing her passion and knowledge with them.

Connor Scheid

Connor has been a fitness instructor and PT for 2 years. Working with people one-on-one and in groups. He works hard to motivate people to help them reach their goals.

Bradley Jaggers

Brad has been a PT for three years and a Taekwondo instructor for 10. He is passionate about helping people of all levels reach their goals, whether they’re beginners or experienced athletes.
