Body Blast

A strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements that are performed to a medium to high intensity. This class can also incorporate elements of cardio vascular conditioning

Gym Circuit

A 45 minute circuit class held in the gym space, utilising a range of our pin loaded, cable and cardio gym equipment as well as body weight exercises

Spin

A fun 45 minute, heart pumping, cycling class aimed at improving cardio and endurance. This class is limited to 18 participants and is held in our upstairs spin studio

Gravity Pilates

Gravity Pilates is a 30 or 45 minute machine Pilates session with a maximum of 6 people per private session. Giving your full body a whole lot of stability, balance and strength

RIP

RIP is a group fitness class to music and is ideal for anyone looking to get toned, fit & strong using light to moderate weights in a 45 to 50 minute format

War

Unleash yourself in this fiercely energetic 30 - 50 minute choreographed class to music, inspired by mixed martial arts.

Pilates

A 45 minute class designed to strengthen your core and improve balance through a range of low impact flexibility movements.

Seniors

A 45 minute session for 50 years +  who want to feel energised, improve balance, flexibility, coordination & strength. This low impact class is conducted in the gym environment

GTS Circuit

A 45 minute circuit, involving our ever popular GTS (gravity) machines as well as exercises that will target all other areas. With a combination of strength, endurance, cardio, core and more, you will be feeling fit in no time

Thump Boxing

Let out your sweat and stress with this workout with punch. A partnered workout focusing on boxing technique and fun. No mouth guard required.

Burst

A session that will be sure to get your heart rate going! With a combination of cardio and strength exercises you will be sure to leave sweating.

Indoor Bootcamp

Inspired by outdoor boot camps, this intense class involves the use of our ropes, tractor tyres, hammers and so much more. Be prepared to get a little dirty in our sandy outdoorsy area

Yogalates

A 40 to 50 minute yoga, Pilates & balance inspired stretching class. Bring your yoga matt, take your shoes off and increase your body flow

Technique Circuit

Technique circuit is just as its name, a circuit class focusing on safe & correct technique in a 45 minute format. This class is limited to 10 people and held in the gym area.

Gravity Strength

A 45 minute class using our GTS (gravity) machines as well as other strength training equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, swiss balls and more. Focusing on strength and conditioning and limited to 12 participants per class.

Bums & Tums

A 45 minute medium to high impact class that focuses on those stubborn areas, our bums & tums.

HIIT Power

A moderate to fast paced circuit style class combining strength, endurance and cardio elements.

Step

A classic up-tempo aerobic workout to get your heart pumping and stay fit. Have fun while improving balance and co-ordination using a Reebok step
